I looked on eBay, someone has several iPad case with Pogo stylus and shipping for $10.

There are no-name styli from US sellers or as little as $1.19 per pair. (Of course it likely never arrives - and whose gonna bother to complain about getting ripped off for $1.19? That's how that make money

That may be solvent instead of ink, not empty and dry. I'd check that before use.

Ah, good one. Took a sniff and it smells of alcohol. I'll leave the caps off so it dries out.

You can definitely get the Copic Sketch marker empty. It is designed to be filled with ink so it won't have any solvents, etc in it and it should be something like $8. If you want to go the overkill but awesome route there is this: http://artprimo.com/catalog/marsh-99-marker-p-849.html
