Re: Have you checked your tire pressure lately?I don't miss the need for seasonal tires, while I ran michelin pilots several tires ago as my year round tire, because I t-boned my car into a guard rail in the rain once, so water clearance remains one of my priorities when selecting tires, and as I recall the pilots were good in the wet.FWIW I know one guy who had an expensive alloy rim ruined by a flaky corner tire shop, maybe save your plane jane steel rims for the winter tires, and only use the chrome plated spinners with your summer tires.
