Re: JBL STX800 press release
I have a bittersweet feeling about this line-up/change over. Why no more Dual 12??? But here are my 5 minute observations. They gained weight 
, looks like the speakers gained about 7-8lbs per driver; except for the STX818 which gain 20lbs.
STX812m - looks about the same as the SRX722; it does go a little bit lower, hopefully the Lows are stronger. Why did you remove the dual angle pole mount?
STX815m - Yes its now a monitor, but why couldn't you give it the same fit/form as the SRX712m/STX812m/VRX915?
STX825 - 90x50 horn?? This box is "louder" than the STX835 which has a separate MF.
STX835 – 60x40 is good; but I was hoping for a re-tooled SRX738 with a 15" instead, like the PRX635 or VP7315/64DP.
STX818s – too heavy (100# yikes)!!! But it looks like your can integrate the STX818 and STX828s together on the same stack.
STX828s – There is more handles and now you can “add” JBL wheels
