There are really no motors that take an L14-30, unless it's a single phase 240V motor and you're not using the neutral, or it's a single phase 120V motor and you're not using one hot.

Proper connector for 3 pole/4 wire 3 phase operation is the L15 series:

And I'm also not aware of any motors that require anywhere close to 30 amps.

Since I know that you know what you're doing with power, I should ask, what's the bigger picture here?
