I hate to sound aggravated, but is there anyone else on the planet that services Lab Gruppen amplifiers?
I've had enough of TC Electronics. I've been trying to get a return call or email from them since Tuesday. I don't know if my usual contact is still there (who isn't even in the tech support department, but he's such a good guy that he's always jump-started the process for me when this happens). I'm prepared to apologize if I've been calling the wrong numbers and I've spoken out of turn, but nearly every time I've needed to send an amp in, I've had to go through this. And yes, this is going to the other place, too.
