I'm looking for techs with decent A/V skills, ideally well-rounded with experience in audio, video, projection and lighting. Strong problem solving skills are key, but most important is the unteachable ability to be able to smooth things with the client, put the client at ease, even in the midst of chaos.
I have long term needs for the right tech, and pressing needs right now.
