Miami, FL – July 2019… With a menu that features dishes like barbecue ribs, burgers, soups, salads and steak-frites, along with a selection of Japanese items, La Estacion American Brasserie is a 240-seat, 10,000-square-foot restaurant and bar with four private event spaces and a large open kitchen. La Estacion is rapidly becoming the new go-to restaurant for Brightline’s guests (soon-to-be Virgin Trains USA), neighboring residents, and the professionals who work right upstairs at MiamiCentral and the surrounding area. To ensure the finest background music, the restaurant’s management elected to deploy a new sound system drawn from the Quantum Series catalog of Valencia, Spain-based DAS Audio.
