Midas DL32 Mute All Button stuck?

My DL32 has the Mute All switch in the front lit from moment of startup and despite my numerous attempts and research into it, I can't seem to get it to turn off. The manual and videos I've looked up make it appear to casually switch on/off when hitting it...however mine is stuck glowing red. Anybody encounter this? Or have an idea what is going on?

Do you have "Lock Stagebox" selected within SETUP / Preamps? Make sure that it is turned off. If that's not it, feel free to call me at (425) 248-5705 and I'd be happy to assist.

If you lose clock from the mixer the DL32 mutes all outputs - do you have sync with the mixer?
