Midas H3K Fader Cleaning?

What's the proper procedure on the P&G channel faders? Very little info is available online...I haven't done anything yet, but I do have Deoxit F5 and F100.

I love those old P&G faders. There's nothing like having faders that can truly be cleaned and made like new again. But anything that's not PC mount is OK with me.
