Midas Pro editor software question

While using the Midas Pro editor, I'm having trouble adjusting the settings that use "knobs". For example, I want to adjust an parametric eq frequency. I click on the "knob" and slide the mouse left and right to make the adjustment. I takes a long time to finally get to the frequency I want.

Is there a better way to this? Is the mouse the only way to "twist" the knobs?

In the Yamaha software I'm able to type the frequency in. Is there a way to do this in the Midas software?

Thanks.

Thanks.

I haven't used that software but a lot of the time knobs on plugins want to have the mouse moved up and down rather than left and right. Sometimes I'll see one that wants you to click and hold on the indicator on the knob and drag it around in a circle as if actually operating a knob.
