Yeah, we can have that effect on first time posters...apparently the OP didn't do enough marketing research and find out exactly who he was dealing with here.;>)

Good riddance, I'm tired of "Companies" (I use the word very loosely) that decide to ask a forum about their product and either no response, or just a junk product.

Frankly, It was obvious this company didn't think through their initial design process nor did they research any kind of information pertaining to the product.
