*XTA sorry

Was looking for one of the old green BSS Soundweb 9088ii's to use for monitor processing for the venue I'm PM for and wound up scoring two. So I'm considering using the second to replace our two older XTA DP200's that are on rig processing duty. It's a Bi-amp + mono subs setup. Would I see any improvement in quality? I know the 9088's will do lots of tricks the XTA's won't like I could have additional user accessible system PEQ's or Graphic EQ's up at FOH via PC control. Either that or I'll put the second in my traveling outboard rack.

I think the XTAs sound better, but I've never been a BSS fan. What makes you think only the BSS can be controlled via computer from FOH? I used to regularly use a rack of DP200s controlled by a laptop running AudioCore. You need to use the old version of AudioCore with DP200s.

Yes Mac I know. I do it every day. Thanks for your opinion about the sound quality.
