Tried calling support today..long hold..no answer. I have some speaker problems and need direction on what to do. Any insiders here?

I seem to recall having to create a service ticket online and then them calling me.

Apparently you also have to have your serial number and proof of purchase or something according to their website. Obviously they do not feel the need to provide pro level service for their products.

Left a voicemail...they sent me an email directing me to FAQ and forums. If I could talk to a person for 1 minute I would have what I need. I have 312AI speakers turning off at moderate volume after an event last month where they thermaled. Looking for some direction. They were demos a bit over a year ago.
