SI Impact Using Cues

We are currently using this board in a church setting. The board operators can range from very experienced to almost no experience. In order to guarantee (somewhat) consistent results, the cue list is used to easily recall the points in the service that would need operator intervention (setup, rehearsal, pre-service, worship service, etc.). Problem is the monitor mixes that are set during rehearsal get overwritten as soon as the next cue is recalled. Does anyone have any ideas or experience in dealing with these types of issues? Thanks!

The words you are looking for in the Really The Fine Manual are "RECALL SAFE". Parameters or channels can be "safed" to keep them from being changed by a scene/cue/ recall.

The confusing thing is that Soundcraft didn't call it 'safe' or 'recall safe'. The actual jargon is 'isolate' - there are global and per channel isolate settings. You can isolate mic pre gain and prefade mix on a global basis, which should accomplish what you are looking for.
