Single channel dimmer recommendations

For those times you need to put a single traditional fixture somewhere and need to control it more than just plugging it into the wall, what are you using for dimmers?

I've seen the following dimmers, but have no experience with any of them:

- Elation Uni Bar
- Irradiant DMX One
- Elation/ADJ UniPak II


The ability to put one or two 575w fixtures into one of these things is pretty attractive. I like the Uni Bar and UniPak II because you can seemingly use them without even a controller if necessary. Any comments on the usability/reliability of any of these, or recommendations on any other packs?

ETC, Strand, and Lex all have single channel dimmer packs as well. I've also seen the (now discontinued) Electrol Anaconda series used for this purpose out of rental inventories.

Many of the older NSI dimmer packs have one or two good channels...
