Congratulations! Just paid mine off, so what do I do? Rent it out and move, of course... Moving after almost 20 years in the same place really, really sucks. I had no idea how much "stuff" we have accumulated.

I recall when I moved from CT back in the '80s after a lot less than 20 years, I hired a dumpster to handle my accumulation. I not only filled up that dumpster once, but half filled it again before I let the truck leave.

As i get older I have tried to be more proactive about throwing crap away. I still have work to do.
