Subwoofer on its Side

Any help here would be greatly appreciated:
Our church has these two subwoofers (JBL PRX715XLF).

Will there be any type of issue with flipping these subwoofers on their side to allow us to place them under our stage?

Flipping them on their sides will have no effect on their performance. Putting them under the stage could present significant problems with resonances depending on where they are located. Test thoroughly after you install them.
