Another vote here for used KF650e or KF650isr. Having previously owned/used such a rig MANY times I have never been disappointed with its performance.
4 cabs for 4K is doable if you search a bit
They are a bit on the heavy side, though they are right in the same range as the SLS960. 2 man lift is strongly preferred, but you can do it yourself in a pinch so long as you are careful.
2 per side sounds very good (AMAZING good if you use the UX8800 processor) and has lots of output, and is a more well known and respected box than the Community.
I honestly don't think it is possible to buy a respectable rig with that kind of output that will sound better for less money than a used 650 rig. I have not heard the SLS960 but having heard SLS920's I don't think they are sonically quite in the same league.
