I recently installed 2- 70 volt systems at a car dealership ( new construction).I ordered 12 Atlas ceiling speakers from a dealer in Ohio. 6 of the 12 grills were damaged in shipping. The dealer told me he would order 6 more. When I didn't recieve them in a timely manner,I called the dealer abd got a phone message saying he was on vacation for 2 weeks.I then called Atlas directly.I was told someone would call me back.Heard that before! But someone did call me back within 2 hours. They told me they were unawear of the problem but told me they would send me 6 new grills which I recieved 2 days later. That's what I call excellent customer service.

Re: Thanks Atlas

In the install business payment for an entire large job can be held up because of some minor detail being incomplete, like speaker grilles. Responsible manufacturers who understand how the industry works will help you when they can.

If your customer can't get paid, how can they pay you? Simple math.
