Re: When it's too loud.....Not only can it be a problem of musical style preference, but also at events where the ''talent'' may be questionable... In the case I mentioned: it is representative of small town fair settings with mixed talent that a sound provider has to contend with. Usually with very little mike skills and sometimes badly recorded accompaniment ( groan ).
