Where to get video 'tracks'?

Anybody know where I'm able to get generic video tracks, like the ones played on the LED video walls at concerts and such? I'm talking about random effects like countdowns, random color swirls, girls dancing (black shadows on a white background), etc.

If that doesn't help, here are a few examples I'm talking about.

Places like istockphoto.com have stuff like that. A google search with words like 'royalty free background video' should get you in the right direction.

You can get some pretty good visuals off of Vimeo. Some users allow download and use of their material. You have to be signed in with an account though for the download button to appear. Memory is not serving me correctly but I believe you can adjust search parameters to just include downloadable files etc.
