Be sure to pack a kilt. Sheep and goats can hear a zipper a mile away...

When I was studying Geology at a large university in Texas, the chair of the department stopped me in the stairwell, looked at my jeans (ripped open at the knees, as befitting poor-student status, and presumably the then-current fashion) and wryly asked,

"Those holes for the back legs of the sheep?"
