I just asked thomann if they will aloud me to do the repair here in Bucharest at Behringer service, without voiding my warranty. I offered to pay for the encoder and shipping. Waiting for an answer. My mixer its practicaly new, it was bought 4 months ago, I still need the warranty for the years to come...&nbsp; Only 4 monts pass and the first problem arrived. I dont want and need to be skeptikal but this situation its not building my trust in the product.</blockquote>
