This would mean that section 4.3 appears only in the three year terms and conditions (you’ll notice that it has no relevance at all to the one year warranty).</span></p><p><span style="font-family: 'Helvetica'">I can see that giving an impression (all be it wrongly) that the three year warranty is a full extension would have advantages from a marketing point of view but that’s probably just me being a cynical old fool.</span></p></blockquote><p></p>
