re: X32 DiscussionIf all the audio stays in the box and it's on stage, then it reminds me more of the iLive mixrack. I think this might be one of the best uses. The P16 and other 16 channel offerings are nice, but the Roland monitoring kit is the only one that I'm aware of that has a high channel count, enough to handle a large stage and essentially replace a monitor desk for a big set. If permissions could be set in software so that all the users could control only their own mix (like in the StudioLive apps), then this would be awesome for monitors. It would be small and unobtrusive, and could share input from the S16(s) that feed the FOH desk. Plus, being separate from the FOH desk would give a certain amount of comfort in case one of the users/musicians jacks something up somehow.
