re: X32 DiscussionAs much as I love my X32, the support isn't quite what I expected. I have noise on channels 16 and 32, so I called US tech support to check my options. I was told it was an easy fix, I could do it myself in 20 minutes and they would email me the procedure within the hour. I hadn't received it by the next day, so I called back and was told they were still working on getting the procedure written up, and someone would definitely call me back that day. That was two days ago and still haven't heard anything.I picked up one of the new Mackie DL1608s for $2000 dollars less, and although its not nearly as powerful as the X32, I can still do gigs without any outboard gear and the iPad app blows away Behringer's XiControl app. I can also leave the mixer on the stage, so I wouldn't need to spend more money on the digital snake boxes when they are finally released. After waiting a year and a half, I'm thinking I may return the X32.
