As an extension to the "We Hear You" motto, it might be nice to have a system in place (a method of polling), to gauge interest in enhancements.
This would simplify the presentation of enhancement requests to the Behringer leadership, development, and marketing teams.
There are some drawbacks, and some obstacles to overcome. However, real-time market research, from the people actually using the product, should be invaluable.
As an aside, I’m not suggesting that every enhancement request should be polled. Something like 96k, that isn’t within the scope of the X32, should never be put up for polling. Only enhancements that have a reasonable opportunity to make it into production, and are within the scope of the X32 feature-set, should be considered.
