People do get power procedures wrong, I've witnessed a RCF 310A go pop in a puff of smoke through someone changing the sample rate on a D/A converter fed from a Yamaha 01V. And that sample rate change was accidental...If this could be addressed, it should be! (Thanks for reminding me about this Per)
