re: X32 Discussion Just to re-iterate Joe's suggestion, having a good UPS is really critical! Thankfully good UPS's are fairly inexpensive. I highly recommend a dual inverter/double conversion/online model. They are a little bit more, but they completely isolate you from the mains voltage - there are two inverters in them (hence the slightly higher cost) - one invertor runs your equipment off the battery, and there is a second that charges the battery. Especially at an outdoor festival, club with bad wiring or any venue with wonky power a good UPS can be the cheapest insurance policy you can take out! Even better there are rack mounted versions to integrate cleanly in your setup - as long as you have 2U or so free :) And this isn't directed at Greg but just a general statement. None of this equipment works without reliable power, and everything these days basically has a computer inside of it.
