re: X32 Discussion

I'm especially interested in the following:
- Configuring DCA, Subgroups and Matrix Mixes
- P16 and the X32 - Overview and complete setup
- DAW - I/O and Control Surface
- Reaper and the X32
Another general question:
Is it possible to connect a midi-instrument (keyboard/drums) to the midi port of the X32? The manual states the port is for: "Sending and recieving MIDI commands via 5-pin DIN cables." So I quess that's a no. But maybe I'm wrong.
I tried opening the port in Reaper but it says something along the lines of 'Unable to open up the midi input on X_UF'
The 'MIDI In/Out' and Card MIDI are set to 'on' in the Remote Tab. MIDI remote works fine too in Reaper.
