Only DCA Labels recalled from saved Scene, even though I thought I saved 'everything'

I saved a scene for a show, initialized the X32 via the Home->Setup->Initialize Console and when I loaded a saved scene (saved on console, xControl, and hard drive), the only thing recalled was the DCA Labels and Colors. All the routing, labels, EQ, FX, everything, remained in the default initialized state.

I saved the scenes both in XControl (Xcontrol and 'to file') and on the console. All of the Scene Safe boxes were checked (Orange) in XControl and the console when I saved the scenes.

I have a lot of work to redo.

Can anybody tell me where I went wrong in saving and recalling the scenes?
