I used the house PA and Monitorsystem and just brought the X32, two S16 and my own mics with me. In addition, the Band wanted a multitrack recording of the show. I had 32 Inputs and nine monitor feeds to take care for. Concerning the monitors, I used on the assign section B all UDK buttons for dailing in the monitor sends. This speeds up the workflow - very nice option! For the recording I used a new DAW software. I was using "Nuendo Live"--></p><p><a href="http://www.steinberg.net/en/products/nuendo/nuendo_live.html" target="_blank">Nuendo Live*:**|*http://www.steinberg.net/</a></p><p></p><p>I recorded 32 Tracks, and the band played almost five hours at a stretch! My 2011 MBP ran with 64 Samples latency and I used the Firewire Port. Nuendo Live is awesome. It's a stripped down Nuendo version and was specially coded for recording live events. It is a bit pricy and you will need an usb dongle, but it works flawlessly with my Mac and the X32 over firewire.
