I had a similar ( though Maybe not the same problem) - mine was caused by a defective CAT cable .
If some one already replied and sorted - apologise - just going through the forum from when I last looked ( the pages grow so quickly)
However
- one thing to check is that you have all your routing on the X32 set correctly.
- re the two S16's are they both synced together - i.e
on the first the sync light on and not flashing.
The link led should also on.
On the second S16 the sync light should also be on and not flashing.
If you have the S16's locked this light should also be on.
I have the X32 set as the master clock (i.e."Local") - therefore the master sync/clock lights mode on both the S16's should be off.
If you have the first S16 set as the master - then the second S16 should be set as slave and the X32 should be set as receiving its clock signal from AES50-A
