Re: Faulty channel strip #5 Thanks a lot Robert! ROTFM if there was a good one... Missed that part clearly... I had to go back to the desk and I initialised the desk and the level difference is gone! Quick test with ipod and both channel levels on aux 5 and 6 are equal! :D~:-D~ Now I only have a dead led and that I can live with! On the other hand I will try to reproduce the situation in order to understand where the quirk was and how to be able to avoid it. I was quite confident with the desk before the shows, based on user experiences and reviews on various forums. Now there is a slight miscomfort and I have to be a bit on alert. So a spare desk and a copper snake will travel with me for a while, I guess... But is is a computer, right? And computers do have hiccups... And I do agree that the "initialize desk" should be a bit more clearly named, having missed that so galantly myself :(~:-(~ Also, while I'm at it, I don't like the the wording "safe" at the parameter protection, it might be "protected" or something, you native english speakers, please come up with a better proposal... Thanks and best regards, /Kari
