-AES50/Digital snake

-Personal Monitoring integration

-Way more I/O and buses

-Firewire AND USB

-Don't need a connected PC to support iPad/iPhone app

-More/far superior FX

-DAW control

-Better LCD screen, LCD scribble strips

-etc, etc, etc - not even getting into subjective things like sonics

The differences are pretty substantial IMO.
