Bluetooth will degrade the wifi signal quality and is mostly noted in situations with otherwise degraded wifi quality. Think two transievers within centimeters/inches.People also tend to forget all that other 2.4GHz wireless stuff that may be in the same or next room like speakers, video feeds comm-radios, remote controllers,...... If 5GHz works but not 2.4GHz then you or your neighbour have some transmitters doing their dirty deeds.Carefull frequency planning is essential not only with wireless mics but also with wifi. Most people just tend to go with the default settings.
