X32 with AirportExpress
A few of you have said that you're using the Airport Express with your X32 - has anyone been using it *without* an internet connection, ie the AE creates it's own network, connected to the X32 by ethernet, and you use XiControl over the AE wifi?
I'm having trouble doing just that - I have no internet connection on-site, but just want to be able to control the desk over local wifi, and use the AE for Airplay to the desk.
it looks like XiControl can see the desk (IP is green), but it just says 'attempting to connect' in red in the status/subnet mask field, and never actually connects...

I've checked that the IP addresses and subnet masks are all matching, so i'm not sure what the issue is, unless you actually need a working WAN connection to connect.
Any ideas?
