Hello Billy.

I´m have looked at your scenfile and I agree with Per. Switch on L/R on every channel and switch off L/R on the mixbuses (Auxes) thats used for effects.

Then send signal from the channels to your effects.

If you used a analog mixer then think of channel master as a send direct to L/R or via a subgrup. Then use the Aux send (mixbus) to send signal to monitors and effects.
