Re: X32 almost "out of box failure"Well just to further this along, Chase Mckinght called me out of the blue cause he was concerned that this was being addressed. I had told him that the retailer was secureing a new console for my dad and that things were progressing. I thanked Chase for the excellent service and follow up that the customer service group provided for me in the past etc, and that I hope he didn't take my old frustration and my dads new frustration to heart. At any rate I picked up the phone and called my dad to see where he stood and basically of the two new consoles the retailer had gotten in, he gave my dad the other one as replacement, and he was playing with it that moment. So all is well (working) and he is worming his way through the new land of digital consoles. The best news is hell be of more use for me on my shows once he is comfortable with the format ( which is claims to quickly getting a handle on). Anyways thanks to the behringer group for reaching out and taking odd jab from the user pool, I would not want your job for all the tea in china.
