I need a little help. I have an x32-rack and today, for the first time, I plugged into channel 6. Apparently, the release plunger is broken. It has no spring and you can feel it's not pushing against anything. The barrel moves smoothly in the socket. When I try to pull it out it pulls the plunger forward but it doesn't release. I've tried pushing a jewelers screwdriver in there but looking at the other inputs it appears the catch comes up from below instead of down from above. Tips?
