Hi everyone.
We have acquired a Yamaha YC-25D for our studio. Unfortunately, the UPS transport didn't do the organ much good. One control knob was off and a key was broken. We've fixed that by now. The last problem is now the tuning. The notes D, D#, and E are out of tune. And this is the case across all octaves, as well as the upper manual, lower manual, and bass.

Hi Glen.
It depends a little bit on the revision of your YC25D.
Early revisions used a discrete Tone Generator Circuit.
The Tone Generator Circuit M is the right-most card in the card rack (under the top panel).
Each tone C ~ B can be individually tuned.
The card itself has printed labeling, which tone corresponds to which adjustable coil.

Later revisions use ICs that provide tuning for the complete octave.
To the best of my knowledge, tuning is not possible there.
In this case you would need replacement chips or full card replacement.
The Tone Generator Circuit M seams somewhat interchangeable between YC Models, and even some older electones.
