Charlotte, NC – March 2020… Neutrik USA, the leading supplier of robust and reliable professional connectivity solutions for audio, video, and data, announces the appointment of Brant Mathiason to the position of Regional Sales Manager – Mid West. In his new position, Mathiason will manage and develop customer relationships / activities through the introduction of Neutrik’s new and existing product offerings, with a primary focus on supporting new design opportunities. Mathiason started with Neutrik in March 2020 and will be based out of Brookings, South Dakota.
In his new position with Neutrik, Mathiason will be responsible for developing and maintaining local customer relationships with a key focus on the introduction of new Neutrik product releases. As part of these responsibilities, he will strive to ensure a high level of customer support and satisfaction while supporting local customer designs through engineering and purchasing management.
Mathiason has extensive experience that makes him well-suited to his new position with Neutrik. After graduating from South Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, he spent the next 29 years with Daktronics, Inc., a leading company that designs, manufactures, sells, and services video displays, scoreboards, digital billboards, dynamic message signs, sound systems, and related products. After starting in the position of Engineering and Project Management, Mathiason worked his way up the company career ladder, holding the positions of Control Systems Design and Installation, Video Products Applications Engineering, Product Demonstration Department Manager, and most recently, Product Manager.
Reflecting on his new position with Neutrik USA, Mathiason offered the following comments, “I learned early on in my career that reliable, robust connectivity is an absolutely crucial aspect of operating advanced technology equipment, regardless of whether it’s an audio, video, or data product.
