Noted, but I'll never believe a number from Sennheiser ever again. I guess there must be some hesitation in governments selling off the radio frequencies if there are 70 million people in the oecd area whose jobs wouldn't happen if wireless microphones went away.

If wireless "went away" most all could be done with wires like the bad old days - or in the case of theater with fixed mics and actors who can actually belt out (or lip sync) their lines.
