Hi David,

For two-track I use the S/PDIF input on an M-Audio Microtrack II.
No issues with preamps or converters.
Of course this only works on a digital mixer with S/PDIF out.
The internal battery doesn't last long, I power it with USB from laptop, or an adapter.

Anybody know of another mini-recorder with S/PDIF input?

For analog(rare these days) I use an Olympus LS11 - very good recording quality, even if you are just using the built-in mics.

i am urgently looking for 1.72 version firmware file for zoom h4n .. Zoom official sites dont provide it anymore..
Does any one have ? -i am having problems i updated to 1.90.. which won't solve-..
 
hey, i asked in a seperate msg before though, i urgently need a firmware below 1.90 to get my Zoom H4n back to its working days..
Does any of you guys possess it here ?
