David, I have 2 jobs this weekend. I will try bringing down the VCA's and see if that does the trick. Thanks, Randy
My best friend in H.S. told me to join the PA crew when I was a freshman,1967, and he would keep me out of trouble with the seniors. It worked. That PA was a 3 ch 35 watt Bogen tube amplifier running to a co axial 12" Wolverine speakers mounted in Infinite Baffles in the Proscenium.
1978 News Eve finds me in the CBS disco in Crested Butte having a "smoke" in the Women's room,it had a lock on the door, when the girl guitar player in the band asked to share.Three weeks later I had my first pay check from a band.A few years later found me in Alaska where I have practiced sound ever since. If you have been to Anchorage or the Alaska State fair you have probably worked with me.
My carer has spanned the gauntlet of tubes to digital, even using the first generation of SM-57's which were called Unidynes at first.
Hi Tom, sorry I missed your pm...I don't check it much....

I'm really loving the DIY 60 and 90. The 60 may sound a little bit clearer, but it is slight, and the 90 has a smoother off axis transition. The 90 may be a little easier to build because of the extra width of the 60 horn, but it is hard to find the 90 degree RCF horn..I'd make sure you can... pls let me know what you find...
I responded to your post in the lighting forum, but you might want to also consider posting at controlbooth.com . Many staff members from ETC monitor posts there.
Can't respond to you as I can't post to that thread even though the "post Reply" and "quote" links are there (but do nothing). I'm using teh Chrome browser.
Also when using the "New Topics" link I see a weird entry:

Hi David,
I can't reply to the your "Transitioning to v5..." post even though you're requesting replies re any problems. :-) I was going to mention that the login isn't obvious. It took me sometime to find the white bar above the site header. Maybe change this to a colour that isn't white!
(I was also getting some security token errors when logging in and a whole new SF session essentially started inside the login dropdown (below my name at the top). kind of like a window in a window. I can't replicate it now.)
Best,
Michael

Hey, thanks. We could definitely change that, i'll add it to the backlog of cosmetic changes to look into.

Now that there's a load, we're running into a lot of unforeseen issues that weren't seen on the test server. Once we're running smoothly, I'll start working on migrating content from blog sections over, and then the cosmetic side.

Thanks
David
Is it possible to combine the R/L trim settings on a Mackie 1608 the input on 2 channels have been combined byt it seems you have to set the trim (gain) levels separately.
Thanks.

Hello Simon. Hope your well and good? Firstly I wanted to introduce myself as Stu Fisher from the UK with a passion for plugging in boxes and making noise.
I wanted to ask you a question about the crest pro 9200 amp that you might have an answer to? Its regarding changing voltage from US to European, you have done this before? I have the for mentioned amp and it says 120v on the back but I bought it here in the UK from the Peavey restructuring sell off auction they had. It might be already changed to UK setting inside but im a little scared to plug it in until Im sure its set right. Can you give me any pointers as I saw your name in another forum discussing this? Any help would be appreciated. cheers Stu

Hi guys, I am kind of new here. Does any one know I can get to know more about the Crestron installation stuff. I spoke with a Crestron sale rep in Ottawa and he said if I want to learn about the programming and installation i should contact a dealer. can any one help with the contact of a dealer
Hi Evan. We emailed back and forth before I purchased my x32. I appreciated you taking the time to do that. Congrats on your Music Group position. Are you still in the House of Worship dept? I am wondering whether I should run the beta version 2.0 or wait for the next update? I would hate for something to go wrong while working for one of my clients. Yet I feel like I should give it a trial run to help out the beta test. Still, I give a thumbs up and have helped sell a couple of these to some associates here in Madison, WI. Hope all is well, Tim.
