Thanks for this, Victor. My contact at Fluke is in a different division than the data division, and he is learning at the same time.
This thing you posted looks like it evaluates over time, rather than a static measurement, which is good. The huge drawback of the DTX is that is seems to do only static measurements, and we have a dynamic phenomenon.
I've passed the link on to him, will post here when I know something.

Not sure if DTX-1800 will be much of a help in our quest...
